Medusa Capital seek to develop vacant land into upscale, long-term multi-family rental communities to effectively integrate retail and other amenities. With high barriers to entry and institutional investors seeking to deploy capital into investment grade, income-generating assets, our role is to overcome these barriers and facilitate investment through transparent structures with strong corporate governance.
Medusa Capital originated out of an opportunity which exists in Private Rented Sector (PRS) to build sustainable, quality, long-term housing within the Build-to-Rent market. The focus is to become involved in Build-to-Rent projects from the pre-planning stage, as Medusa Capital believes this is where the greatest opportunity to add capital value.
The Investment Team and its Advisers have years of specialist experience in the Build-to-Rent sector. This combined with the UK’s housing shortage and the track record of the Development Management Partners, provides the opportunity to achieve market leading capital growth.
Technology
The aim is to maximise shareholder return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income generating assets. We invest in equity securities (e.g. shares) of international companies whose predominant economic activity comprises the research, development, production and/or distribution of new and emerging technology.
We focus on next generation technology themes including artificial intelligence, computing, automation, robotics, technological analytics, e-commerce, payment systems, communications technology, cryptocurrency and generative design.
Renewable & Non-Renewable Energy
The Renewable & Non-Renewable Energy desk will invest in equity securities in both renewable and no-renewable sources of energy with a view to maximising shareholder returns.
Non-renewable investment to energy companies may relate to petroleum / crude oil or coal search and discovery for new supply as well as financing projects and existing supply (as defined by Global Industry Classification Standard).
